Not much anything in the fanfic. just a grumpy guy walking side-along the plot while while shunning himself away from others. I think even author forgot where he wants to take the story since he started writing. Even tags are inaccurate. No R18, Romance, Action, Adventure, Harem, Comedy, Magic(not 100% sure), Smut or Echhi.
