I am surprised that this book doesn't have many reviews. But any ways the story is great as long as you last past chapter 15, reasons it's quite boring for the first 10 chapters

That’s the reason. Nobody will bother to read 10-15 boring chapters. If the first few chapters are boring, I drop the book. Tbh, author shoudl consider himself lucky for not getting a bunch of hate comments about boring chapters..
