Hello everyone, author here! Since I don't want to put empty praises in the review, I will use this space to share some more technical info that you all might be interested in. Genre of the story: Dark Fantasy Genre of the story background/lore: Grim Cultivation Characteristics of the Protagonist: A clever guy who uses everything he has at his disposal to overcome the pretty bad odds he was served. Now, a bit more about the story itself: This is my attempt at writing an actually "realistic" cultivation story that's not even focused on cultivation. The aspect of cultivation is just the background, the reality of the world where most of the story will take place, not its main focus. So, don't expect people splitting mountains with a single strike or going against the heavens. You can expect quite a bit of politics, the dark sides of human nature or brutal reality filling every nook and cranny of the world you are about to dive into. Technical aspects and FaQ: - Release rate: 2/day + occasional mass releases - Will this novel be premium? - Yeah. There will be about 50-60 free chapters first, though - Will there be hare and m? (WN censo and r disallows using it in a single word): Yes and no. There won't be a singular Female Lead that will reign supreme throughout the entire story, but MC isn't going to get a garden full of beaches (intentional mistake) either - Will there be lemons? (honestly, no idea how else to call it to avoid the cnsrship)? - Most likely... but I plan to save it for quite a bit later into the story. I'm fed up with using booba as the selling point of the novel so I'm going to give the romance proper time to develop. - Will there be romance? - Yeah, duh, it's Sloth novel, let me project my wishful thinking a bit, would ya? - Will there be brutal scenes? - Yeah. Quite a lot and quite soon. This isn't going to be the smiles and candy-type of a story where everything goes MC's way. All in all, if you have any questions, feel free to post them in a reply to this review and I will do my best to reply!

Ends up? Not exactly. Presence of harem simply means there are more than just one potential candidate. I'm not writing straightforward romance, not writing stereotypical harem either. So, don't expect usual, long-lasting relationship oriented at marriage. But that's basically it

is this rly hatem tho? ppl call this harem-like-elements, when there are several girls interested in mc, but nothing more harem is only when he is already dating 2 or more at the same time

I'm not in any way or form enforced to abide by the meaning of the words that you decided upon. Harem, just like any other word, is defined by the meaning that general public believes it to have. And in the particular case of webnovel, it means something slightly different than it does usually. So you might be right according to what you believe is right but you are not right according to my own understanding of the situation. Add the fact how we, the authors, are extremely limited in the selection of the avaible tags and there you have it, a harem tag in a novel that's not even remotely focused on romance enough to afford the bother of writing harem, one that treats romance as subplot that won't necessairly revolve around a single girl.

isn't it bit hypocritical, saying you're fed up with using booba as a selling point, yet novels picture, is very much a thirst trap no?
