I firmly believe that if you give this story a chance you won't be disappointed, but I will let you decide that for yourself. To date this story has barely gotten started, but it has already set up a number of adventures and themes that will be revisited over the coming arcs. Gradually the MC will go from a unknown, minor criminal to the head of a vast criminal enterprise that most other factions will fear to engage in conflict with. Expect an atypical path to power and an alternative version of basebuilding to what you are likely familiar with. All the while this is occurring, expect more characters, love interests, monsters and aspects of magic to be introduced. I hope you will consider reading it.
