Review Detail of Vhinx in Divine Doctor's Harem

I really enjoy this novel though it has its flaws like most novels on this app. I do have a question about the tags though. is r18 here just for violence? or will there eventually be any xxx scenes. im 551 chapters in already and it still just baits. reminds me of blood warlock.
