Yeah they're genderless but the Omnitrix converted Ben's Aliens to his base DNA meaning that most aliens who have genders would be males, because honestly how many aliens from Ben do you actually know to have genders? At most it's like 10/15 aliens who have genders like Wrath,Fourarms,Grey Matter, and others but aliens like Alien X, Goop, Echo Echo, and many others should be genderless but they have "male looks". So seeing as this is a wish based Omnitrix power maybe the genderless shifted to the hosts gender too?

alien x (Celestialsapians) does have genders....they have children and we literally see a female one holding her child when aggregor is trying to take the baby one for its powers

I had forgotten about that, thanks for the reminder but the point still stands. Some Aliens who are supposedly genderless end up taking a more "male makeup/build".
