it is translators and editors who changed the original story and posts thus(2 diff versions), you'll have to read the raw to see which is more similar to the original

It IS very similar to “Mrs Gu is Too Weak to Fend for Herself”, and “Mr. Bo, Stop Messing Around” and “The Most Loving Marriage..”. The plot is very similar. I’d have to go back and reread “Mrs. Gu” to be sure, but this seems to follow the style of those stories rather than be identical with name changes. But I’ll go back and reread ”Mrs Gu” before I scream the “P” word.

I can only comment (with any, dubious, authority) on the first 20 chapters of the translated novels. “Stop Messing Around Mr. Bo” and “The Most Loving Marriage in History” are INCREDIBLY similar (at least through chapters 450) but they still have key differences. Word (character) count aside, this novel and “Lady Gu is Too Weak” are practically identical. ”Lady Gu” was published/translated first on WebNovel. I’m not sure which one was published first in China though.

It’s the same novel. Webnovel changed names for Lady Gu, then tried to get us to read it again under a different name do they can profit off if it twice

I've read 2000 with smth chapters of mrs Huo's book - plot almost the same with mrs gu. for now we have 2369 raw chapters of mrs huo(last update date was in august 2022) and more then 1k "translated" chapters of mrs gu (as we didn't found the raws)
