ok I used to dislike MCs who were too submissive but for some reason the reasoning he gives behind his actions is something that I as a reader realised after reading tons of novels....good work no arrogant mc but one with a brain...my wronged heart is at peace from the overused cliches in other books... especially...M T L Chinese novels...plz update soon..

can you give an example of such situation please? just so i can start reading at peace (iim alking abt the sub part)

well ....like near ch 25 or so a powerful chicken keeps him locked up to make delicious food ..the mc mocks it but does make the food the chicken desired because he was not strong enough to destroy it . which I admit is a bit frustrating but bearable due to the numerous times the mc insults the chicken..
