everything about the story is good, from writing quality to world background but the MC is making very sexual jokes when he is younger than 10 and that just doesn't sit right with me and makes me question if the author is into stuff like that.

The author is not into stuff like that, I just likes making those types of jokes and believes I wouldn't be able to stop myself from making them just because I suddenly find myself in the body of a child, in fact, a large part of why I hurried to time-skip to being at least a teenager was so that I could be more comfortable writing those jokes :)
