at start they put all 60(40 free + 20 paid) at once i think, but i could be mistaken. too much time has passed since then. and over time it just got worse and worse. shittier novels, 40 chapters (19 free+21 paid), mtl translations, westernization, shitty rewrites, 20 chapters at first day etc.
