Review Detail of Tom_Mayeu in Naruto: The Outsider's Resolve

I quite like this fiction. I'd place it in the top 20-25% of all Naruto FF with significant length. It's one of the best on this site (I can't read poorly translated "Join my Patreon for 150 chapters ahead" BS tho.) I do think the author is going a bit slow sometimes, but the action and politics are intriguing, and the "build" of the MC is examined in a way I enjoy. If you read this review looking for advice on starting this fic or not, I'd say to give it a real chance you have to go through the first arc, which can be a bit of a depressing read.
