Author here. This is my first contracted book with Webnovel. The book is about Michael's journey to avenge his families murder after he discovers them burnt to a crisp in his home town while he was out picking herbs. There is no concrete evidence to begin with as to who or why, so it may seem like the whole revenge plot is kind of vague. However please bear with me! There is an amazing story I'm trying to tell with plenty of twists and turns. I apologise if the chapters may seem a little rushed in the beginning or nonsensical. A lot of my inspirations in this novel come from Eastern Cultivation novels ie. (ISSTH, Coiling Dragon, AWE etc.) So if you've had exposure to those then great! you're halfway there. I'm happy to answer any questions in the comments section if you need clarity on certain aspects of Cultivation.
