Cause they are literally from the God Era which means he literally has the highest you can get (ofc, it greatly annoys me how much he gets controlled by his emotions sometimes doing stupid descions despite there being better options presented to him)

Well, if you asked that earlier I could have said exactly what I mean by "stupid" descions. Uhm, well first of all the Mc has been behaving as an emotional unstable child for a very long time (especially when his friends and family gets involved, that’s when all reasoning and lessons he ever learned get flung out of the window since he can’t keep calm which results in him showing us his shonen type mc behavior which usually translates running into danger until you are very close to death. ALSO, due to him being that emotionally unstable… he is always missing or rather forgetting important details very often which makes him almost end up dying just for his "heaven defying luck" to save his aess each time.) Besides that, the mc has been focusing on OTHERS since the beginning of the novel till 353 chapter 350 while neglecting HIMSELF almost completely due to constantly thinking about his past, future AND his family/friends but never ever or very rarely about the PRESENT and about HIMSELF. What comes out of that? Well, it’s him almost dying each time while saying he "learned" something just for him to get emotionally unstable once again and throw himself into danger or giving in to his enemies demands by being held hostage and giving up his own "leverage" for example. In other words, while he might take steps forwards… he takes several steps backwards once he becomes unstable again. Idk, these have been the things that have bugged me for the longest time reading it as I might see character development in the mc but its so neglible that you could say he is almost the same as before. With him at least containing his unstable phase only for his family and friends is okay but it’s still too much tbh. Usually this shows extreme incompetence of keeping yourself composed in really dangerous or rather hostile situations where it would have been better if you didn’t start going on a tantrum as you need critical thinking capabilities instead of an emotionally unstable kid. (imagine the police doing that or soldiers, it would be a disaster) Anyway, currently the Mc is absolutely unfit for being a leader nor being a cultivator. Why? Simply put, cultivation starts with oneself and ends with oneself while his real focus is plagued by completely different things which doesn’t only endager himself but also others. His father seems to have the same problems as him, so unless that gets fixed… it will always seem like the mc is making some kind of unreasonable choice whith his emotions being involved (literally, I can’t expect good decsisions from an emotionally unstable child. Can I?) There are some other things as well but I won’t mention them since this text got long enough already.
