the concept was good and all and like the tag mc should be overpowered but the author in nerfing him too much. the world background is also very good but only if the author didn't nerfed the mc so much i would have continued the story.

He is nerfed, continuously at that, as his system's duty is to do that. But despite that, he's still quite powerful, and stands out. What chapter did you give up at?
I find it ridiculous and forced that you make a dominated MC, and then give him a system that nerfs him, I consider it unnecessary, and it's the first time I've seen a system do that

There's a first for everything I guess. And what do you mean "a dominated Mc"? I don't remember setting him up like that...
