No spoilers for story but this novel turns into a cringe China vs the West by MC's second reincarnation. It happens after chapter 40 so you won't know from the trial read. You've all been warned if you're not into that.

read the novel n caught up with the raws.. and I've to say you've omitted a lot of info which makes the novel seem trash.. some are simply wrong.. in whichever simulation there was science involved.. there was nothing like Western countries or any hindrance to MC but not to other countries n about the western fighters point which you made.. it was mentioned in every simulation that world will selects a direction for the world to progress.. it was completely random.. MC was practising eastern martial arts so he was mainly referring to eastern marital arts.. he referred a lot to Western marital arts and it was even the most important source to break through

AzureConqueror:I've finished reading the 2nd world and it's not as bad as this guy said. Overall it was good but would have been great if not for there fact that there are quite a few plot holes and logic errors but it could have been a whole lot worse and it's not cringey like this guy said. If you need an example of worse things I've read in other novels, here are few (and I typically don't mind nationalism but not when it reaches such absurd lengths): 1st one novel where the last remnants of Japan fled their country from monsters and China nuked the sub that had their last survivor. 2nd a novel where the MC has technology worth trillions and gives it to China because that's how nationalism works right? You give aways something world changing for free, right? I won't give other examples. Back to the topic. I'm mostly surprised the MC didn't conquer the whole world at the end of the simulation. As for plot holes this is a small spoiler, but if the world favoured science why did the western countries make breakthroughs in science but not the MC. Same with martial arts, the western countries used a similar but less effective way than MC to train the body but the world will favoured their fighter. Another thing is why didn't the MC capture the western fighters or martial artists to study their methods. Anyways the author didn't make the MC use his ability to its fullest, he just depended on chinese knowledge and martial art knowledge.

I'll check it out to see if you're right. I mean I'm used to seeing this in these novels but I want to see if it's enough to make me cringe

9 out of 10 this novel is copy paste and the author is focusing too much on making it seem 'Original' that he ignored plot holes. seen em and read em alot

thanks for the heads up! you're a brain cell saver dude! CHINESE=BS! they're just jealous of japan and their so called hate is just a cover. if the US didn't control japan and minimize its nuclear warheads then it's possible that they would become the no.4 when it comes to the total number of nukes.

"if the world favoured science why did the western countries make breakthroughs in science but not the MC" Because this is a reincarnation sim novel, not 'I Have a Game Clone'. In reincarnation sims, the MC is evaluated on how much the MC can change the direction of the world, not how much they align with the will of the world. In fact, you'd expect most reincarnators to explicitly oppose the will of the world.
