Review Detail of frasanaa in REINCARNATED IN TDG

In all the reincarnation I have read only the main character gets to reincarnate by karma points, by great works etc. So I wanted to have a fic where every body gets to reincarnate and have a chance to become God. Well this is my first let me know what you think.
