I know what you mean for me it was dragon Ball z Elfen leid and Yu Yu Hakusho and I still keep the soundtrack on my phone from Elfen leid the male and female version of the operatic ost's and the opening ending it's the best opera I know LOL well it's the only Opera I know but it's the same difference 😁 the scene with the puppy still breaks my heart

like how you used Leid (german for suffering) instead of Lied (german for song) fits better in my opinion

dam god bless you your first anime was a anime about pink haired girls who murder all on sight and trow guths and blood everywhere meanwhile I watched "Toaru Majutsu no Index" and "Zero no Tsukaima" dam I got off easily
