the first 15 chapters were good but I don't like where the story is going it seems like he will just recruit the strawhats and it just not for me i like one piece story in which the mc has a life not intertwined with cannon, yes they will interact but not so much that this kind of interaction is kind of ruin the story for me.

I legit don't understand why these fanfic writers feel the need to dip their toes on important canon characters who has their own established characters and development arcs, especially when there's an abundance of underused characters with so much potential. It's basically them taking a dump on another person's ongoing painting instead of working on an available blank canvas. Like even if they do use a Strawhat as one of their main characters early on, it's not the same Strawhat that's their favorite because these characters would not go through any of the things they went through, but would instead be strung along half-baked plots written by half-baked fanfic authors.
