Review Detail of Chand_3098 in I can't use any common skills!

I Have read many similar books. But this book doesn't have a world background, character development and all MC is doing is rolling GATCHA and getting skills, I mean it is literally shitt*y as how The System just upgrades without using points and there is no development in the story. Same rolling GATCHA every day and MC doesn't even cultivates. Fuc*k
