I’m pretty sure the Mc only trained the Chinese players just so that they don’t lose their motivation and hole up in the village because that way he can’t kill the players which in turn means no levels (levels also correlate with lifespan and since he has a short lifespan and the time skips are usually a year or more, the Mc has a bigger incentive to ‘train’ the players). Also Mc refers to the Chinese players as leeks in the raw translation and plus do you really think the Chinese players will actually be able to do anything since they’ll just be killed if they step out of the village?

from what k understood they can't even lvl up because of him, and he isn't comfortable seeing his country being the lowest rank so he helps them but still won't let them become stronger to kill him
