The story development is lackluster and fails to engage the reader, making it a challenge to maintain interest. The main character is portrayed as exceedingly naive and uninteresting, especially in his interactions with the maester. Given that he watched Game of Thrones and was imprisoned for 10 years in his previous life, his naivety is surprisingly pronounced. Additionally, the world-building is severely lacking. The story does not explore beyond the locations presented in the original Game of Thrones books or show, which is a missed opportunity for depth and originality. I'm perplexed by the high reviews this story has received; it must be attributed solely to the writing quality.
