A story involved not just with standard Isekai fare but actually contending and resolving the problems internal and external that the character may have because of their fantastical construction or convoluted relationships. This is explored by being more dark, gluttonous and lustful than some of PancakesWitch's other works and is all the better for it. Just don't expect to stay in one place too long, a time skip will quickly remedy any notion of a modernist daily life story being told.

Not in a typical romance story way and presentation but it definitely features in a good part of later chapters. I certainly like the romance aspects and want them more focused but the are not the primary focus.

More Polyamorous than harem, harem implying the MC lords over the other characters or somehow those other characters revolve around the MC, instead of as equals, they're very much as equals here.
