Review Detail of funmaxwell in Reborn as Gohan

the story felt kind of boring to read as main character didn't take advantage of any fanon knowledge and the main character wasn't very interesting or fun to read about. as the character was kind of boring. it also felt very cannanish with minor changes to storyline which the massive time skips didn't help with. as nape still dies and Goku still shows up and beats Vegeta. also Gohan still waste his time in the wilderness for like 5 months. he could have been like hey piccolo I heard about this from my dad that theirs this room at the lookout that you can get a Year's worth of training in a single day and be like why don't we use that room to get in more training before the Saiyan show up. so we could be as strong as possible. also could have made the main character more interesting by throwing out some subtle jokes from dragon Ball z abridged. also you could have told piccolo about the gravity training method and used those 5 months underweighted trainings. as you could have just told him that you heard about it from Raditz and piccolo would have no way to call 🐂💩. also pretty rare to see Gohan dragon Ball z SI stories and would like the story to be good. but I doubt this one will be good by how poorly it started out. I'll say this is better than most of the few dragon Ball z Gohan self inserts that I've seen so far but that's not saying much because all of them were trash. I recommend you go check out (to go further and beyond) written by o jordino o . I probably butchered the author's name. this guy really knows how to make main characters fun to read about. also I just remembered how did Gohan Master his giant ape form without his tail in your story???? did he grow it back and if so why didn't you write about that. as the point the main character got inserted in the timeline was just before piccolo cut off Gohan's tail. I'm hoping you'll turn the story around and make it good. but I very much doubt it. as you could have Gohan eat Frieza tail during namek ark and have him spout bio armor and then use the tingly back thing to go super Saiyan and have him kick the crap out of Frieza. you could also include xenoverse stuff . say maybe an xenoverse villain shows up during Goku and Vegeta's fight and shake stuff up a little bit. otherwise your story is going to be very cannanish and very boring.
