So what exactly is this fanfic about?

if this is a serious question then harry potter.

I mean like its general storyline. What's the MC's major goal or whatever? Cause the description did not really reveal anything. Just an old guy saying the British magical government is arrogant.

the general gist is imperial china is expanding and in a militaristic way meaning every place it's expanding into doesn't like that, eventually the mc will have to choose between Chinese (huangdi) heritage and non chinese heratige(Caesarean). that's all I'm givin up want more then read.
