The character of the protagonist is not as a person who lived at the end of the world, but as a normal person who is not wary of the people he takes to his side, he is not wary of betrayal, and did not develop any alternative plan in case of a problem, although the author mentioned that he went back to the past  From the end of the world and it seemed to me that he did not learn anything from the end of the world.
