There isn't any currency or stores. Werewolves are practically isolated from any outside world. Also I have no idea how werewolves survived to that day considering that for humans to continue as species there is need for 2.1 child per woman when max amount of children here is 2 per woman and many of werewolves die from fighting. And mates doesn't have to be hetero so amount of children is so low that all those characters wouldn't be born in this story if there is any logic. In the beginning story was interesting because of FL's first mate who was obstacle but later when Ash and Caleb got together paradoxically they got less screentime and pretty boring that all others characters are getting more screentime and development than main couple. I always appreciate when there is good world building and side characters are developed but not when main characters changed into side characters.

thank you for your kind words, they are truly appreciated :) I do not currently have anything new, life kind of caught up with me, and I haven't had the time to devote to writing. But I am hoping to get something new going soon.

Just to address a couple of your comments, -Currency and stores are not in the story because they have no place in this story. There is a societal structure that involves goods and services in their world but diving into those details was not important to the story being told so they were left out. -The werewolves are isolated from humans, because in this world, general supernatural things are not ‘real’ to humans. They are myths and legends, and the werewolves live separately in order to live freely. This story was about the werewolves and their world, so again, the details of the human world didn’t serve a purpose in the story being told, except as something that Ashleigh longed to experience. -In regard to the population, it is never stated that there is a limit on the number of children every werewolf or pair can have. Some more, some less. As far as non-hetero mates, yea the Goddess does not limit, however, the character was shocked to receive their mate, so it is not the ‘norm’ for the mated pair to be the same gender. Personally, I don’t enjoy stories where all the events happen to the main character or couple alone. It feels unrealistic and unnecessarily dramatic. However, I can understand that you do not enjoy the attention being pulled away from the lead characters. I do want to thank you for taking the time to read as much of this story as you did. I am disappointed it is not to your liking, but we all have different tastes and interests. I hope you find a story that better suits your needs.
