Well it's AU so I can't say that many things in this story are wrong but occlumency is kinda hard and kids can't really practice that at 11 years old.....and there's a bit more inconsistencies according to the hp lore but it's AU so it's alrightMc uses his legilimens ability to manipulate people and lay low for now so if you like Mc like this....it's for you I guessNothing crazy but a good read nonetheless :)

LIKENot true. She is good and smart but not powerful there is a major diffrence between the two. We never read her performing any soells others her age can’t as her magic isn’t powerful enough to do so. You see Harry though doing a patronus well before his age because of the massive power he controls as do all powerful wizards. Hermine is heavily implied to only be good at theoretical and was not the best at everything. You had others like Harry Potter leading the Defense against the dark arts class etc.
Artem_5195:maybe so, but still, intelligence is also a talent. And if correctly, without her framework, she could implement it, then she could study the 7th course in 3 or 4, and then go further and higher, explore more and become strong. And in the end, dark magic drove her into the framework, no, no rituals, she forgot about alchemy, book god
it's implied that legilimens and occlumency are hard to learn, and that's assuming JKR would even think of nobles learning it, it's kinda implied that magic families only start learning at 11 for some reason
Primordial_king450:Kids can definitely learn occlumancy it would just be harder for them, a lot of heirs to noble houses probably know it by the time they are 11
They only start learning how to physically do it at eleven, I’m pretty sure they are taught theory from a very young age though

doesn't seem like it considering Hermione was scoring the highest, no matter how smart she is it should've been impossible to out score people who'd been learning it for years already, at least in the first year

They would have been learning theory at least a couple years before the start of hogwarts or if not theory’s then a few family spells, also hermione is a bookworm a super smart one at that plus she didn’t have any friends untill close to the end of the year so she spent all that time studying when all the other kids were playing with their friends.

It still wouldn't account for her destroying even the ones who represented as serious, for some reason (probably because she's just not that good of an author) there is exclusively reason to believe that somehow magic families learn almost nothing about magic before school, & solely learn things like family histories & nothing else

I think they learn all of their family spells but since the tests aren’t on their families spells it doesn’t help much or it’s dark magic which also wouldn’t be on the tests

There's just no evidence that's the case, hp has pretty sloppy world building but luckily for ff writers most of its vague or dumb enough people are fine with authors changing it

In the book she is called the most talented witch, and if she had not driven herself into the framework of the rules, she could have become stronger than Dumbledore

im pretty sure she was only described as the smartest in her year but it has been years since i read the books :)

I write through translator. I meant that she imprisoned herself in books. It seems that what is written in the book is true. Plus She didn’t train, didn’t research, didn’t experiment with magic, preparation doesn’t count. In HP, magic is built on emotion and intention, rather than being confined to strict movements and words.
