Review Detail of cassia_m in Mr. Lu's Getting Married Again

== review as of 25 chapters == A story of a married couple who arent happy together and have a 3 year marriage contract. They are currently on their last year of marriage. Male lead Lu Cheng Cheng has never treated Song Wei with any affection and sometimes not even with the respect she deserves as his wife. He openly keeps a mistress on the side and dotes on his mistress often. Song Wei wants to keep their marriage going strong as the Song family is having financial issues. She hopes to keep her marriage with Lu Cheng Cheng going and is willing allow him to continue his relationship with his mistress as long as she can have a child to keep her position strong between the two families. Song Wei comes off headstrong and maybe quite selfish. She tries to hold back Lu Cheng Cheng even though she knows that he doesn't like her. She'll try any means to make sure that her position as his wife is strong with the public and within the family. However, with the information we have, Song Wei's motives aren't selfish for her own gain. She's doing her best to keep the Song business afloat and is willing to put her pride aside to beg for money. I'd like to see the layers of Song Wei and how she develops over the course of this novel. Lu Cheng Cheng... I'm assuming he's the male lead. I don't like how he starts out with a mistress and treating Song Wei unfairly when they jointly entered this marriage for beneficial gains. They also agreed to divorce so there's no need to treat her bad. He's openly in a relationship with someone else and shows some possessiveness with Song Wei (double standards). At the very least, he helped her out when she needs it, even if he goes about it in a way that's not nice. I will assume that he falls in love with Song Wei later in the novel. I see a lot of angst with this novel that will take us on an emotional ride. Ill be surprised if there will be any sweet moments but I'll gladly take it if there is. hopefully this one will get picked up for a full translation.
