I just want to say that I hope that the majority of the novel does not continue to occur while Sunny is a sleeper. I also would rather not have the climax only be Sunny becoming awakened. I would like to see Sunny grow in power; and I don't want it to just be a thing where humanity's power level is too vague to understand, and that he is already apex level without even awakening. There's just alot of filler so far. it is meaningful filler and it's engaging. I would hope to see more developments occur that pushes Sunny towards awakening and onwards toward whatever path he chooses after awakening.

Hmm if that's the case then there should a word for incredibly slow progress for plot development. tbh we probably didn't need any chapters about the castle. that arc was pretty much all filler in regards to progress towards the "goal" which is to leave and awaken

lordseven:that's just a slow pace. there is no such thing as meaningful filler. if what you call "filler" contributes to the story line, every chapter moves them closer to their goals, albeit slowly sometimes.
