not gonna lie the character design of the mc is great so far he is not using any jutsu other than the jutsus of tenseigan. after all we don't know much about toneri well other than those shown in naruto the last movie. however him having a tensiegan does not mean he has the chakra to use it wantonly since it is in the same level as the rinnegan toneri relied on the fact that he have infinite source of tensiegan chakra the big tensiegan that powers all the 'puppets' and made the moon habitable. Now the question is does he have the same big tensiegan? which is the amalgamation of the eyes otsutsuki's on the moon those on the shinobi world and hamura's own tensiegan.

The 'Big Tenseigan' you mention is the energy vessel created by the Otsutsuki Families in the moon by storing all their Byakugan in it. The energy vessel has many uses, one if them is supplying energy to the puppets created by Toneri. One of it's major uses is the ability to move the moon itself. As for your question, since this is the Solo Leveling world and obviously does not have anyone that possesses the Byakugan, the energy vessel naturally does not exist in the moon.
so the mc can't spam chibaku tensei? also since he has the otsutsuki bloodline or hyuga will he be able to make otsutsuki bloodline family with byakugan if he had a son or two and continue the bloodline? or will it become tinner for every generation until the bloodline will become non existent? I mean the world will become a battle field soon so you can not answer it if you want.
