As a shameless 5 stars review by the author seems to be the way to go here, here goes mine. So please bear with me for a couple of paragraphs so that I can give you a glimpse of what to expect from my novel. First let's talk about the magic system. My intention is for it to be quite well defined and leave little to the imagination when it comes to power levels, but without presenting it for the reader in a way that is too direct. For details you will have to read the first arks since it would be too long to explain all of that here. As for the MC, don't expect him to be good or evil. At the beginning he is just a normal guy with some nihilist tendencies and plenty room for further development. Now when it comes to romance, it will happen in its due time. Neither sooner nor later. Be warned, though, that it won't be a harem if that's your cup of tea. Action and battles will happen only when diplomacy is not an option, which will be the exception rather than the rule. Magic will play a key role in those battles and will be a decisive force that, when used, chances are that whatever is on the receiving end won't see the light of another day.
