Author changes absolutely nothing when they make the canon manga over 25 years before canon actually starts. So they’re basically showing the world who and where to kill these people/kids who, in the eyes of the world government, will cause them so much ‘trouble’. Just the fact of creating his store, from nothing, overnight, honestly made me drop this. Also, Author easily could’ve just altered names and appearances for Luffy and crew, I’m sure it would’ve kept many peoples attention otherwise.
