I love everything about this novel. Maxi is definitely not that powerful FL whom made everyone fall for. She is a typical lady, extremely insecure one. She get scared easily but not ready to back up. She is my inspiration, I can relate to her. Oh I just love Maxi so muchhh

Agreed! I love the realistic growth Maxi has in the books, and the change in how some of the other characters perceive her as she does so. I was on the edge of my seat for so much of the first book 😂
