First few chapter are fine. But later just your typical chinese revenge idiot. "What u dare kill me?!" MC kill him. next thing he know "What u dare kill my son" MC kill him. then "What u dare kill my son and grandson" and guess what MC kill him and next few chapter "what u dare to kill me" and so on u get the idea. More over his little sister is regressor empress or something. But she is truly idiot to reveal to the world "i am have good Phoenix blood come and get me. i am only teenager but i am pretty too. and so many pedophile expert come and Mc has to kill them to get peace he never get.

My senior brother is too steady has two hirls in the harem. Although two others like him, it's made fairly apparent that it's not really love, but more like admiration. They stay close to him, but ai do believe he rejects them. The love interest other than the junior sister is basically an arranged relationship by some of the higher ups, to get him more involved. She actually suits the MC more than the junior sister in terms of personality and he likes her beforehand, but avoids her because of all the trouble he knows it would bring. ie. She would never abandon those close to her, but they are all destined to have bad ends in Journey to the West. She also understands that she kinda got in the middle of the MC's and the junior sisters relationship, so she treats the junior sister well to try to make up for it. All in all, I'd say the only real flaw to that novel is the ever decreasing quality of the translation. Expect constant gender mixups, including martial aunts being called martial uncles and sisters called brothers, from relatively early on. Plus, as the story gets more and more complex, the translators clearly fail in getting a lot of the meaning across.

what happen to 'my senior brother is too steady' ?, last time I read about to chapter 125 (or 225 ?) and I still see it good there aside from translator/editor screw up and get lower quality translate ?. did something happen in story that it become worse ?

I absolutely loved the story and the romance was nice too, of course harem had to be introduced and destroy the romance between mc and female lead, as usual. Completely immersion breaking and I ended up dropping it
