But it's not like he is killing every villain he sees you know. He only killed those victims because they really didn't want to continue living even when he gave them a chance to recover.

Op didn't mention the victims the MC killed. Only the killing and crippling of villains. Some would make sense as that is the hero that he is but it is described as being a daily thing that he is killing/castrating multiple people.
