A very interesting novel indeed. Despite the Necromancy Theme, the MC Aldrich falls under the Chaotic Good alignment imo that is well thought about. His personality is strong and unwavering boosting his talent with a hardworking attitude rather than just a cheat ability. I mainly fell in love with the Author's writing style and deep versatility in crafting Words and Grammer. While he doesn't go into much details about the visualities as I do, he explains the deep mechanics of his world pretty much from the start without annoying the reader with any degree of mystery which is opposite of what I do. But the well crafted action scenes and the and the to the point storytelling gives an easy trip to any reader. The World Building is another thing I find extremely well crafted in this story even though it is simple and easy to understand. The Alter Powers and Biology oriented take on them is something fresh but not completely new in my scope. Still, very well done. What I find a bit shaky is the idealistic orientations of certain characters. I am glad that the author focused on Just/Corrupt troupe rather than the Good/Evil usual one but some characters were a bit boastful of their ideals which took them too many lines of dialogue to speak them out. As for the fun rating, this novel gives me a stunning 8/10 on my funmeter with all the hidden and sneaky references here and there. However, the main Famale Lead who is a vampire death knight falls under the same category of Ainz/Albedo love genre but not to the point of extreme yandere, this makes her fun but not too fun imo. All in all, a pretty much solid piece that I recommend.

LIKEIf anything, the best way to describe Aldrich is "Evil Pizza Cutter" because he is all edge and no point.
