Why did you stop translating Madam Ru's novel?It's not easy to be a man after travelling to the future,after you stopped the other translator just couldn't get me into the story at all (mind you the translators did do a good job but it didn't get me into the novel at all) like it didn't have the same vibes,ya catch my drift.I did read the story occasionally but it just wasn't the same and now it's not translating at all.😢

I really have to eat my words, this novel has been a huge disappointment for me, nothing but constant virtual reality team battles, the world building isn't complete but honestly it's pretty dull so far, normally IET makes the biggest fantasy worlds but this time it's based on earth with little hints of a larger universe beyond alien tech being found in the form of the VR network they use for the battles. If you like the kings avatar then you may like this, but if you enjoy IETs typical massive fantasy worlds with beings capable of crushing planets, then this isn't for you. The novel keeps repeating that everyone will focus on martial arts and the current martial artists bar a few will be surpassed with time, but it doesn't provide much reasoning, the general public won't put in effort into fighting and getting stronger just because training techniques have come out that increase longevity, they will just train those techniques to live longer and not go through the hard work of constantly training.

Sure let billions compete in 1v1 matches instead of team battles. It’ll probably take a year or two to complete. Considering the fact that the Earth alliance are rushing to develop strong humans. Team battles were the fastest; it also helps everyone judge a person’s character (trustworthy/not). Pretty much it. I get your point about it being monotonous with tourneys; maybe they’re setting everything up for the future; and we might see these few side characters from earth later on. Who knows?

What a nonsensical reasoning, the VR world has literally every human on the planet online at once without issues, it can easily have many many matches happening at once, the point isn't entertaining people, it's finding the people worth grooming the most.
