Review Detail of Kxh13 in The Founder of Qi Cultivation, Reincarnates?

for the first 20 chapters it's basically, "blah, blah,blah". The story keeps on telling instead of showing. Because of that the mc is portrayed as an angst teenager, think typical anime protag. The situation is too familiar like ATG or TDG and it's not even doing a good job of it. everything seems contrived, you can actually see the author putting the situations on the mc, whereas others would try to mask it. The writing quality is good though, so it's good for beginner readers as an intro to cultivation novels. I really wanted to spend money on it but everything seems like its a mashup of the tropes of cultivation novels. ED, ATG, TDG, CD, etc, its a mix of their character traits which makes the mc unlikeable, until now im still confused on how I should view him. Its like "trying too hard" where the story became an awkward pacing, especially since the author likes telling instead of showing. Don't get me wrong, if I was the beginner reader that I was back then, I would have consumed this so fast but as you go through many novels you actually get very picky with stories you want to spend time with. so go ahead read it, at least you won't get brain mush trying to make sense of what the author wrote. Someone comment if i get it wrong somewhere down the line. but i probably wont see it.
