well compared to most trail novels this quite good but it doesn't deserve the hype readers are spreading just because it's from tlm's writer it's a copy of fantasy simulator so i would compare it with that only(compared general novels it's still quite good) it's subpar compared to fantasy simulator it's more of watered down version of fantasy simulator as the Original work had many points which made more engaging which this lacks most importantly it was imeressive while astral apostle isn't as Astral apostle make it feel like mc is in VRrpg rather than a real world far away

I prefer astral apostle. Although, fantasy simulator is not bad, the unlimited time restriction in the beginning took away much of his developmental phase. It doesn't feel as nice when reading. I also feel that that part, before he traveled to a new world was somewhat rushed too quickly. In astral apostle, there is a set time exchange between the two worlds and is not a complete time stop. Additionally, the functions of astral apostle is explained very clearly (although detailed), and invests much more into one world, unlike the various pick and choose worlds in fantasy simulator.

i don't agree with you not one bit except that the System Mechanics is quite detailed as i said this work is nothing but a 100% VR rpg(remember rpg not mmorpg) with followers missions idle functions etc second u say in fantasy simulator one could pick and choose the worlds to answer that nope it's random mc had to consume a lot of points for his system to find a new world at random after finding it's co-ordinates he could go and reincarnate in the new world or go to any older worlds which is great unlike in Astral sh it which is very restricted again same as some RPGs where u can't explore new places unless u clear the stage first again only thing somewhat good in this one is that the mechanics are neatly defined at that too there's a mistake in a chapter, the spending of points is wrong it's 275 points instead of 305 P S i won't take langauge in consideration as fantasy simulator is MTL while this has editor +a team of translators

Lol, at least it is the novel from this batch. I personaly like this one more over fantasy simulator. That novel got boring real quick.

Nah, I don't plan on dropping. I am just preoccupied a bit and don't have time to write my stories right now. I will be free after the end of this month so by the next month I will sign the Webnovel contract and become active.😤

Fantasy Simulator started out quite good but suddenly in the middle it felt like author got feedback and wanted to expand and killed the planet to get him more opportunities as well as the new system. Plus the story is all over the place with him suddenly remembering a function he didn’t mention for ages and all. Also the translation is absolutely terrible with huge skips in chapter content.

the k illing of planet is called a plot twist which is very rare in chinese novels i loved the part of the novel as it add a lot of mystery to it last i don't understand why are some people are so dumb that they shout this novel is bad because the translation is bad like they so ignorant that they don't even know how MTL works and then go on and compare it with other works with proper editor and translators

Honestly, the killing of the planet scene was interesting and actually written well, but I can't remember anything after that. I'm pretty sure that I dropped it there. Also, I think that other guy was just saying that he, just like me, might've appreciated either a better explanation for the death of the world, or no death at all. The story was going pretty good just like that at the time, no need for a plot twist.

it's called fantasy simulator so it must have a good sense of mystery/unknown unlike normal chinese novels where writer tells everything beforehand

Wait a second... I hate mystery novels. I chose that one specifically because it was a fantasy novel with no mystery. I am one of the rare haters of Lord of the Mysteries. Also, I'm pretty sure that FS has no mystery tag.

yep this happens when one has a lagy internet and presses add button a few more times(no. of times u press add =no. of copies generated) some people use this flood 5 star reviews p s doesn't it has unknowns like who was the hand, why earth, and that traveling from earth other world etc etc thou it not mystery heavy as Lom but most fantasy works have some mystery elements in it which is the part of a what as a fantasy with mystery is just boring like the generic Jp isekai novels

Yes, but I mean not mystery heavy like LoM. I read the beginning few chapters of Lom and couldn't get past that. A mystery about why this guy killed himself? Nope for me. But the main point of FS is that it focuses on the fighting, action, and 'getting stronger.' Whenever that 'mysterious hand' pops up, the MC jumps straight back into the simulator for some more straightforward action and self-strengthening. So yes, I hate mystery, but let's just be real here. Every book worth it's salt is mysterious in some way. Because if it weren't, then we'd know the ending.
