it's also illegal to sell fanfiction in the US unless it's in the public domain, which the subjects that they write about as to my knowledge are not in the public domain. honestly, for whoever reads my comment should report them on patron Unless they make it available to everyone to read. now I'm not saying haveing a patron where you can pay the author to read a few chapters ahead is bad. because it isn't. the difference here is you can't read the works unless you pay, which makes it illegal
