You deviated from any of the Canon chapters at chapter 2. You are speed running all the character development and you're jumping from scene to scene with barley any indication of time.

It's still enjoyable but you should definitely work more on how you write character and how they grow throughout the book. As long as you only write fanfictions then you don't have to focus much on the world background. The characters lack any depth and come to accept things way to easily. They also befriend each other way too easily. Trust and friendship can't be built under a week just because they serve under the same lord.
