Hi Grace, I’m so sorry you have had a bad experience with the confusion that can often result from privilege. Privilege resets each month - if you purchased priv last month, it reset for January, which allows you to keep up with your current reading position in the chapters. Rather than buying the chapters themselves, you are buying advanced access like a subscription. For January, I did add more chapters in privilege. There are many tiers available.
