Probably because sometimes arthor kinda forgets somethings like using inventory or the perks that are given at each stat milestones , WILL had one at 20~25??? and 50 but for other stat even at 100~500s~(for some, none of them had one in the 100s) there were none.....maybe he'll add them later as a flashback or something.
