Review Detail of Noice_151 in Maxed Out My Passive Skill Due to My Laziness

The reason this is a 1 star for me is because I bought the privilege thinking that It would unlock the chapters up to a certain point but when I got it it said I payed 1 coin and didn’t unlock any chapters. Anyone know how to solve this?
