The story is honestly getting boring. After 110 chapters the story still hasnt progressed to the main part. The mc is still 4 years old. Much time is wasted by explaining his daily life or just some random item he finds, that arent really good. The plot would be really good if the author would reduce it to the important encounters. For example 4 chapters were used to describe the mc going to the beach and describing the pokemon that life there (just marills,…)

Wow, 110 chapters and still age 4? I can only believe since its so weird. "Slow burn" Authors use that as an excuse. I don't care if this novel actually ends with 1000 chapter or more no way I'm reading that. Thanks for the review, the others complaining about info dump weren't really a turn off but this? hard pass.
Slow paced is one thing, 100 chapters and still age 4 is completely different. I like slow paced in fact. But I've come to hate novels that start the protagonist off as a baby. There's one fiction I remember reading that turned me off forever on them. It basically had a baby beating down fully grown knights by the age of two and I've been scared stiff ever since.
