I am not sure If I am remembering right, but I think I read this before (raw) so My understanding might be not the best. But I think it took her time for her to find the father, or at least the romance to start. (once again... I am not sure though)

she is barely away from him .... I felt that the synopsis was a bit misleading... He is with her.... ALL THE TIME....even before he knows she is pregnant with his child... After that he gets lot more clingy...
