Review Detail of LordDongHammer in My Wife is the Demon Queen

This is certainly one of the better manhuas I have read. The system the MC uses is really interesting and creates lots of possibilities. I wish it had more romance and character development between the MC and demon queen, but there is still some and it's done well. Like, believable progress into a full fledged adult romance. None of the frustrating, 'will they won't they' we see so often in manhwa or manga that doesn't resolve until an epilogue. There's a lot of great action, drama, politics and betrayal. It also has good humor too. Ending comics is hard and the author definitely stumbles in the final arcs, which is such a shame, because it really is a great manhua up until then. *spoilers* Isabelle and the MC start to behave out of character after the human army invades. Isabelle has always behaved cold heartedly to her enemies and shows no mercy. She knows that the human army is invading to pillage, r*pe, murder and enslave her people, but she decides not to have the MC drop a nuke on the army, and instead gets her soldiers killed. The MC absorbs her powers after their first night together and becomes extremely powerful. He then abandons all his tech and relies on powers he has no idea how to use and gets stomped. Up until now, his intelligence and clever use of tech has seen him through. Then he behaves the opposite of that. It is so out of character for both of the main characters that it pulls you out of the story. It goes downhill from there. Still a great manhua, everyone should read it.
