The premise was pretty interesting. The story was definitely enough to get me hooked and wanting more. However, the writing was simply atrocious. I have no idea if it's a translation issue or the author is ESL and is still learning English. Having an editor would help this novel a lot. Or perhaps even some kind of writing assistant to check for grammar and spelling.

Yeah this authors novels are frankly poorly written grammer wise and if he has editors he needs new ones cause the current ones can’t do their jobs
