Starting to get disappointing, The character really has no growth as any power he gets is just temporary, Borrowed instead of making use of his power in different ways. Pretty much the character is useless without the Draw cards.

Understandable But In the end, it's not his fault. In the One Punch Man World, he tried increasing his powers as much as he could but got minimal output. If you have read the latest chapter then you know his situation In the One Piece World. What do you expect him to do? It was even stated that if he didn't get the tattoos he would fight his way out. It's his advantage and he's using it to the fullest. How strong do you expect him to get in 14 chapters? The System still has many functions left unexplored and his powers aren't "Temporary" He'll always have those cards. All he needs to do is increase his slots or utilize the hidden functions. I'm curious as to what different ways he could play out in his current situation.
