if you like Mc reincarnation who doesn't become himself and instead becomes a simp gilgamesh complex then this is for you. all good ideas at first but turn bad when MC is corrupted with gilgamesh's memory and it becomes like him instead. i wonder why so many 5 star spam reviews on webnovel do you guys have bad taste?. I'm going to guess there will be "hey guys this is a fanfic" thought, it's a cliché.

It's even seen at the beginning of the story, bro, so expecting a change for the better is impossible, because the framework has been built from scratch with an MC that was damaged by Gilgamesh's personality, so from the start it's better to have Gilgamesh MC from the start, not another soul who has the power gilgamesh

This story is pretty much a peace of garbage, indeed. As for the reviews, well, it is a mix of several things. First and foremost, webnovel's reviews can never be trusted, as the web alters them as it is convenient for them (meaning, the web favours those stories that have signed a contract with them). Then there is the authors themselves that can delete the reviews that they don't like, cause webnovel gives them too much control over their novel. And if you only see 5 stars reviews in a story, then there is a good chance the bad reviews have been deleted by the author. And lastly there are some people (usually friends of the author, or the author himself using another account) that start spamming fake reviews to rise the rating. Some people even go as far as to write the same review repeatedly for the same story. In fact, I saw a few of those on this story. Which is to say, the reviews for this story stink to high heaven...

The latest Akikan fanfics are translations and small correspondence of Chinese fanfics. It's all about the superiority and suppression of other men to highlight the main character. There was no such nonsense in his first works.

Don't overdo it, even if you don't like akikan's ff, don't compare it to Ghostyz, and there are still much worse ones
